THE HOUSE
A SPACE OF INSPIRATION AND EXPERIENCES
The building was rehabilitated with comfort and design details by the Napperon studio, which shares space with our house. A project designed to create unique experiences in every corner. The inspiration begins in the ground floor showroom, continues in the courtyard and creative studio, and intensifies in the master suite, junior suite, family studio and communal kitchen.

FAQS
CASA NAPPERON
How can I make a reservation at Casa Napperon?
What is the difference between short and long term stays?
Are there opening hours?
As our accommodation does not have a physical reception, any request for information or support related to the stay can be made every day, by email (geral@napperon.pt) or mobile phone / WhatsApp (+351 915 931 489) , between 10am and 10pm.
How do self check-in and self check-out work?
Our accommodation does not have a physical reception, so guests must use the access codes that are sent in advance to the contact provided, between 3:30pm on the day of arrival and 12pm on the day of departure.
How do you access the building and booked accommodation?
To access the accommodation and the reserved space, it is necessary to have the access codes that are sent in the days before the start of the stay to the contact informed by the guest. They can be used at any time between 3:30pm on the day of arrival and 12am on the day of departure.
How does breakfast work?
To ensure greater convenience, we send a breakfast menu in advance, from which each guest can choose up to two ingredients from each category.
The selected ingredients will be waiting for you, properly packaged, and the bread is placed at the door of the reserved accommodation every two days. For stays longer than a week, ingredients are replenished every three days, between 12pm and 1:30pm.
If we do not receive the selection by 12pm on the day of check-in, we will prepare a standard breakfast, so it is advisable to indicate if any guests have dietary restrictions.
How does cleaning work?
The extra cleaning service is not included in the reservation price for stays of less than seven days. For stays longer than this period, cleaning is done weekly. If you would like to schedule extra cleaning during your stay, simply indicate the most convenient date. Each cleaning costs €22.00 on top of the reservation amount and includes replacement of sheets/towels and rubbish collection.
On the day of departure, the reserved space must be left free of rubbish, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Why do they ask for copies of identification documents?
Accommodation and reserved space access codes are only sent after each guest's data has been recorded in our internal files. We need this identity registration before self check-in as we do not have a physical reception. All data is processed with respect to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is the Accommodation Bulletin for foreign guests?
We are obliged to report the stay of all foreign citizens, regardless of age, to the UCFE – Borders and Foreigners Coordination Unit. This communication arises from the obligation of Portuguese law and article 45 of the Convention for the Application of the Schengen Agreement (CAAS) and is made by us through the SIBA portal – Accommodation Bulletin Information System
If this is your case, we need the following mandatory data from each guest to register the respective Accommodation Bulletin: full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, identification document number and country issuing the document.
Does the accommodation have private parking?
Casa Napperon does not have private parking, however, there are public parking lots nearby, the location of which we share below:
